Blue Marble's Maintenance and Support agreement gives you access to major release and technical assistance within the first year of your purchase of a Global Mapper license.
If you would like to upgrade your existing Global Mapper Network License, USB Dongle License, or Single User Floating License, please contact us with your current licensing information. If you would like to purchase additional seats and/or add the Lidar Module, please let us know and we can add this to your request.

License is delivered digitally, usually within 1-2 business days.
Please note that the right to return an item does not apply to digital deliveries or computer software where the serial number is delivered digitally. Even digital deliveries have a processing time as serial numbers and such must be verified.
