Shining 3D - EinScan-Pro+ - Scanning Unit
EinScan-Pro+ is the new and improved version of EinScan-Pro, enabling an even faster and easier 3D scanning experience. Thanks to its enlarged scanning range larger scanning areas are processed for every exposure resulting in improved tracking with or without markers in on of the scanning modes.
The new EinScan-Pro+ looks similar to EinScan PRO but is equipped with new hardware and innovations:
- Handheld HD scanning mode with high precision and detail
- Every exposure is now 1.6 times larger improving tracking, data capture and scanning speed
- The new and improved Handheld HD scanning mode uses a more intense line scan with 100 lines instead of 7 used earlier. These lines help scanning sharper details in e.g. mechanical products.
Being able to scan faster (up to 7.6 times faster in handheld HD scanning mode) is not just better on paper. It also helps tracking scanner movement in relation to the scanned object, which makes scanning easier for the operator and also makes the process more ergonomic during long scanning sessions.
Larger and better capture
Due to every exposed area has increased by 1.6x times (to 300 x 170mm) it gets easier to capture larger areas and models with less defining surfaces. A smoother object like a human back has not as many unique features as (compared to a cliff of a mountain) and is traditionally harder to scan without markers or reference points. With the larger capture area per exposure scannings like this are much easier since the scanner "sees" more for each frame.
Practical expansion kits
EinScan-Pro+ can be extended with Industrial Kit (compatibel with EinScan-Pro) and EinScan-Pro+ Texture Kit. Industrial Kit offers automated turntable scans. Makes working with turntables smooth and also allows for higher resolutions and accuracy. Texture Kit is used to capture scan object colours and textures.
EinScan 2.x is included and comes with new simplified features, improved user experience and interface, and a one click upload solution to Sketchfab 3D scan sharing platform. The user interface is more streamlined for an easier and faster workflow. Read more about EinScan 2.5 and download it here (requires scanner serial number).
