Palmiga - PI-ETPU 95-250 Carbon Black - 1.75 mm
Description
At the moment, there is unfortunately a longer delivery time than usual on filaments from Palmiga.
Flexible, rubber-like, electrically conductive TPU filament ideal for 3D printing sandals, swimming fins, dampers/chock absorbers, tires, tank treads, bellows, V-belts, timing/synchronous belts (or any other type to transfer power), couplings, grommets, pens for mobile phone or tablet displays, seals, etc.
Endurance
- The carbon black filler is an excellent UV stabilizer thus the prints are built to last in very harsh environments
- Excellent performance for greases, lubricants, some solvents and oils
- The abrasive resistance is really high and the elongation at break is only 250%
Easy printing
- The material composition eliminates webbing issues
- Excellent filament tolerances secure accurate prints
- The hardness of 95 shore A and the carbon black filler makes for great print abilities
Exclusivity
- The matte black surface finish has a very exclusive look
- The material feels very nice and dry to touch
- Obviously the conductive abilities adds some new dimensions to the equation
Don't need the conductivity?
The conductivity is great for some things but perhaps not your first choice? This filament will give you some really nice benefits if the conductivity is not an disadvantage for your 3D printed design.

The filament is made from a special thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) compound material with a carbon black filler which is bound in the base polymer. The information in this data sheet represents typical values for the original standardized sample and should not be regarded as a fixed specification for all filaments. 3D-printing will affect these values. PI-ETPU 95-250 Carbon Black is a product under development and Palmiga Innovation reserve the right to change the properties at any time without notice.
General settings when 3D printing with PI-ETPU
Build platform | Both cold and heated build platform works well |
---|---|
Print speed | Depends on the 3D printer's design/capacity (as with all soft filament materials) |
Recommended temp. range | Approx. 210–230 °C (depending on 3D printer and print speed) |
